Meet Alisha Strohkirch, MS OTR/L
Founder of Little Steps Occupational Therapy
Hi, I’m Alisha Strohkirch—a licensed occupational therapist and proud mother of two. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals with developmental differences and special needs for over 15 years. My passion lies in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, and developmental delays.
Currently, I serve students from preschool through high school in a local school district, where I provide school-based occupational therapy services. Prior to that, I worked in early intervention and home-based therapy—an experience that reinforced my belief that the home is one of the most powerful environments for a child to grow, learn, and thrive.
I started Little Steps Occupational Therapy to bring high-quality, family-centered support directly into the home—where routines are real, relationships are strongest, and therapy can truly meet children where they are.
